Homeownership is part of the American Dream- a dream rooted in faith, family, and bright future. But too many Delaware families have been denied that opportunity because of unemployment, properties cost and the lack of real career paths.
With God's help and a lot of hard work, I have developed strategies to face these issues
head-on:
- Unemployment: creating high-paying jobs so families can provide, save, and own a home.
- Vacant Properties: restoring abandoned houses and turning them into homes that bless families and strengthen neighborhoods.
- Trade School: giving our young people the skills to build careers, not just collect small paychecks, so they too can walk into the blessing of homeownership.
This is common-sense leadership-protecting families, honoring hard work, and giving every Delawarean a chance to build a future on solid ground.
